Fees

17. The Entrance Fee for all categories of membership as stipulated in Article 11 above shall be HK$500 or such fee fixed by the Board from time to time payable when a person submits an application for prospective membership in the Institute.

18. The Annual Subscription Fee for all Members of all categories of membership as stipulated in Article 11 shall be HK$900 or such fee fixed by the Board from time to time (or a pro-rata amount(s) for shorter periods in the relevant year) payable yearly in advance on the first day of December of the preceding year.

19. Any Member who has been duly notified by the Treasurer and whose Annual Subscription Fee are in arrears for a period of thirty (30) days shall, at the discretion of the Board, be suspended from membership. Notice of such suspension shall be given to such Member within seven (7) days of such suspension. The Board may, at its discretion, order the reinstatement if such Member on payment of his outstanding Annual Subscription Fees.

20. Any Member may resign from the Institute by giving written notice to the Board at any time. Any Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription Fee already paid shall not be refunded.

21. Any member who shall, by any means whatsoever, cease to be a Member shall remain liable to pay to the Institute all money or moneys which, at the time of ceasing to be a Member, shall be due and payable by him to the Institute.
